Breakfast good and staff very accommodating. Problem was the coordination between Booking.com and the Hampton Inn. We had revised our arrival date with Booking.com and that change never went from Booking.com to the Hampton Inn. We got charged for days we were in even there. Booking.com worked most of this out with the hotel but we still ended up paying nearly $200 for a day we were never there. Booking.com said work it out with the hotel. They said Booking.com should refund that day. Not a very pleasant arrival after driving 2300 miles cross country. Reluctant to go through that again. And I used Booking.com quite a bit in the past. The staff was absolutely fantastic!!! Maya was so welcoming the moment we walked in. Greg ( I believe that was his name) and Jill were very helpful. I absolutely LOVE the comforters. They are so warm. The daily breakfasts were great. I love it because of all the healthy choices for my husband. The team at this particular location were exceptional!!! Kudos to all of you!

There were many options from which to choose. It was all kept well-stocked, neat, and clean. The lady who stocked it was very attentive and personable. It was nice that the hot foods choices changed from one day to the next. Coffee was good!
